Potato Planting

This weekend we got the outdoor potatoes planted. This work went well with our newly aquired Fenyt tractor (50 year old) and an old potato planter implement. We are just beginning to make use of some of the old machinery we have acquired. It is a bit of a new development for us to work with machinery, as until now we have mostly worked with hand tools, but we would like to increase the amount of storage vegetables we produce ourselves (potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbages, beetroot, etc.) as we have very good feedback on the taste and quality of our own grown produce. We would like to supply more people for more of the year with our own-grown Zsámboki Biokert veg.
