Bye Aron!

   We are sorry to lose him, but also happy for Aron and family, that they are moving on to literally pastures new. Áron, Julia and family are going to join Both Virag on her farm in Nógrád, raising cattle biodynamically. Áron in the few month that he has been with us, has made a great impression on the farm, and helped enormously on the Saturday ökopiac. Áron introduced us to Hof Marlichszch, where he worked for several years in Gernany, and learnt his trade in biodynamic farming. Áron will be greatly missed, but we wish him and his family (and Virag) good luck in their farming ventures - we hope to stay in touch, and perhaps one day offer some of their products through our ordering system.
