Compost Bays

 mostly in the polytunnels, as we have had proper rains this week, which on our heavy (but wonderful!) soils, means that it is better to avoid working them, until they dry out a bit.  Meanwhile, some development work is going on.  A couple of years ago we developed our composting system, but starting to use a bay composting system, where batches of compost are collected and then turned in bays.  We had 6 of these bays, and right now Zoli and family are extending these so we will have 8 bays.  This will help us to get even better quality of compost for our veg growing.
