Potato bake
This recipe is our own made, based on the big standard box offer this week. The children enjoyed this very much, too!
Ingredients:
First preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then we chop the vegetables into small chunks, except for the chinese cabbage. Put them into a big and deep baking tray. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and other herbs you like. Pour sunflower oil on the top and mix it in well with the veggies, so the oil is spread everywhere. Put the tray into the oven for about a half - one hour, mixing the vegetables in the tray in every 20 minutes or so. We half the chinese cabbage in half lengthways, then slice it very thinly. Mix this in a big bowl with sunflower oil. When we see that the potatoes get soft and cooked, we sprinkle the chinese cabbage on the top of the veggies. If you like, you could sprinkle grated cheese on top, too. Put this tray back into the oven until the cabbage (and the cheese) has toasted slightly.
