
Fish and Chips with Salad mix
Ingredients:
fish - if you are vegetarian, substitute it for seasonal veggies, like aubergines, courgettes etc.
butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
1-2 heads of red onions
1 kg of Potatoes
Olive oil
salt
For Salad:
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Basil
Wash potatoes and cook them till soft in salty, hot water. Peel and slice them. Then toast both sides until golden brown in a little bit of oil.
Cook fish in butter with sliced up red onions. Put lid on. Once the fish starts to soften, take lid off and take great care of them not getting burnt. Add the finely chopped garlic. Mix well.
For the salad, wash all ingredients and chop/slice them. Pour some amazing balsamic vinegary-honey-mustardy olive oil over it.
