Healing Onion Soup
Ingredients:
1 kg Red Onion
0.5 l White Wine
5 Cloves of Garlic
Salt and Pepper, Bay leaves
Dice up onions and fry in an iron pot with oil until caramellised. This takes long, about 40-50 minutes. Add wine, salt and pepper, bay leaves and garlic. Put lid on and bring to boil and shimmer on low heat.
Serve with grated cheese.
