Creamy Celeriac Spread with Parsley

Ingredients:
Dice up the scrubbed clean celeriac roots and scatter them in a baking tray. Splash a bit of olive oil on it and add the garlic heads. Bake it on 180 C for 45 minutes. Then I transfer the still hot roots to a bowl. Add the chopped parlsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Press the still hot garlic cloves with the top of a knife (be careful as it's very hot!) and add this pulp to the cream. Mix it well with a blender.
Keep in the fridge.
