Omelette
This is a quick, delicious and filling breakfast for one. If you want to prepare this for more, multiply ingredients accordingly.
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs
1 dl Milk
Salt and pepper
Radishes, Salad mix, cheeses, spring onions, purple onions, coriander / parsley...
Mix the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper in a bowl. Fry it in a thinly oiled frying pan with lid on. Fry till golden brown - takes a few minutes. Chop the vegetables, grate cheeses. Scatter these over the finished omelette and sprinkle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar over it.
This a very versatile, you can use grated carrots, beetroots and other herbs and spices. The variety is endless!
