Garlicky Asparagus in Butter
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus
5 cloves of garlic
butter
salt and pepper
for a side dish - potatoes, or any grain or whatever you fancy
Cut off the hard part of the asparagus as this tend to become too stringy. Heat up butter and spread over the asparagus. Stir occasionally to have them toasted evenly. Once it starts to toast add salt, pepper and garlic, stir well.
Serve them hot with grated cheese, or salad mix or the side dish you have chosen. Sky is the limit!
