Strawberry Smoothie With Spinach
Ingredients:
Strawberries (250g)
100g Spinach
250ml Yoghurt
Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
Discard greens from strawberries and destalk spinach. Add them in a big jar, pour over the youghurt, add some water to dilute. Add some honey or mayple syrup as you like. Mix well with a blender. It's perfect for an afternoon tea!
