Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
Preheat oven. Dice up the onions and leek, and slice up the potatoes very thinly. Oil a baking tray and add the leeks, onions first, then spread potatoes on top. Mix the eggs well with milk, add salt and pepper. Pour this over the tray so it covers everything.
Bake it till golden brown.
Serve it with salad. Enjoy!
