Baked Broccoli
Such an easy but healthy recipe. Instead of deep frying the florets are baked in the oven. They are crispy and the children gobbled the whole thing up!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg brokkoli
- 400ml yoghurt
- crumbs
- curry, garam massala, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven. Flavour the joghurt in a bowl with curry or garam massala or ground paprika if you like. Put the bread crumbs in another bowl. Separate the broccoli heads into florets and dip them with head downwards, holding the stalk into the yoghurt first and then into the breadcrumbs. Line them up nice into a oiled baking tray. Once all finished, put into the oven, bake until golden brown (about half an hour).
